Accountability & Program Improvement
The term “assessment” is used to describe the way teachers and administrators verify what students know and how well they can apply it. Assessment involves making a judgment; to make accurate assessments, educators rely on a variety of tools, including tests, homework, participation, projects and other indicators as described below.
The purpose of Accountability and Program Improvement is to support teachers, principals and district administrators in the use of data for instructional improvement. In the area of student achievement testing, the School District of Menomonee Falls facilitates the administration and reporting of the assessments outlined below. Testing Windows

Results of Accountability Measures
The results of our accountability measures are available to everyone, specifically, the multiple sources will be used by our Board of Education, Administrators, Curriculum Groups, individual schools, and specialized committees in their discussions, planning and goal setting. The multiple sources assure reliability and credibility of information and data.
