Student Immunization Law Age/Grade Requirements 2011-2012 School Year
Wisconsin State Law requires that all students in elementary, middle, and senior high schools be immunized for certain communicable diseases. The following link contains the minimum immunization requirements for each age/grade level. (It is not a recommended immunization schedule for infants and preschoolers. For that schedule, contact your doctor or local health department.) :
